DNB Min Bank is looking for Developers in all parts of the stack, from front-end (iOS/Android) to back-end (AWS/Go) to DevOps, CI/CD and more. You will be a part of a highly autonomous team spearheading the digital innovation in Norway’s largest financial group. This requires you to take responsibility and ownership of your work. You have a natural interest in learning new technology, and staying updated is something you enjoy. Also sharing knowledge with colleagues is part of every day life.

What does a developer in DNB do? Role Purpose:

Develop, build, configure, customise, integrate and test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements

What are the main responsibilities?
Develop, build, configure and test solutions from low level designs
Ensure that solutions meet requirements
Perform work within time, cost and quality requirements
Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented

Test solutions to ensue they meet quality standards
Participate in planning, defining, and high-level design of the solution and explore alternatives
Define subsystems and their interfaces; allocate responsibilities to subsystems; understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions,
Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent; help establish the solution intent information models and documentation requirements

Establish critical non-functional requirements at the solution level; participate in the definition of others
Define, explore, and support the implementation of ART? to evolve solution intent

Plan and develop the architectural runway in support of upcoming business features/capabilities

What knowledge and skills are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to experiment and fail
Alwas ahev a Security- mindset?
Experience with developing software solutions using relevant tools and languagesE.g. Git, Objective-C/Swift for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android, RoR, C#, Java, Go, Python etc.

Enjoy working in a diverse teams
The ability to adapt to changing requirements and to be comfortable with balancing shipping early and iterating with the need for stability and robustness in core banking services

Currently we use Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android, Go on AWS Lambda for backend, and Jenkins for our CI pipeline. You are not required to have experience with these technologies (and they might change in the future), as long as you have experience with software development in general and you are willing to learn.
